I'm Bailey, the face behind Honeylight Photography! I live in the Glendon, Alberta area where I was born and raised. I live in a chaotic and love filled house with my fiancé, our four beautiful kiddos, two dogs, cat, and our lamb! We are also expecting another little boy in June 2026!!
I’m an introvert at heart and grew up pretty shy, but photography has helped me open up and now I actually enjoy getting to know new people! I feel so lucky to get out and see new places, and to photograph a sliver of their lives!
I like to think I’m pretty easy going, I use way too many exclamation marks in my messages, or the word “Also”… I love being outdoors camping but I also spend a lot of time watching movies/tv (especially while I edit), or in the kitchen baking!
My favourite thing to photograph is JOY, the joy of being in love, the joy of a new baby, the joy of spending time with family. Laughter, big goofy grins, happy tears. The fact that I get to not only be part of that joy but capture it?! That’s something I’ll never take for granted!

Update: I didn’t know I could like her any better, but her preparation and calm nature during my wedding day when it was SO HOT, really reinforced how amazing she truly is!! I’ve only seen a few of the photos she took and I am in absolute AWE!! They are truly phenomenal and I’m so happy we chose her to capture our special day!! If you’ve been wondering if she’s the right fit, I guarantee she is!! She’s truly amazing 🥰"
